A jury has found Rajat Gupta guilty of insider trading, the Wall Street Journal reports. Gupta, a former director at Goldman Sachs, plead not guilty to five counts of securities fraud and one count of conspiracy for allegedly sharing corporate secrets with Raj Rajaratnam, who was convicted of insider trading and sentenced to 11 years in prison last year.
