
Welcome to game 11 of Fascinating Facts. This game is dedicated to some of the obscure facts about World War II. Below you will find 4 questions related to WWII and how these facts may have impacted the war.
Please answer the questions to the best of your ability and please answer all 4 questions. This game will remain open through June 7th, with the results posted on the 8th. On the 8th we will also post some additional facts about these events that you may not know. As with all the Fascinating Games we ask that you do not post the answers to the questions in your comments in consideration of other game players. We encourage you to post your thoughts about the WWII events in this game or any other events in WWII that you think other game participants may find interesting. We will post another poll for you to decide on which topic you would like to see for the next game on the 8th.

4) The German submarine U-1206 was sunk on April 14, 1945, 8 miles (13 km) off Peterhead, Scotland. Wile cruising at a depth of 200 feet the submarine was forced to surface because of a malfunction with a new system that had been installed in this class of boat where it was then discovered and sunk. What was the new system that this class of boat had that caused the submarine to have to surface?
